Submit an inquiry
Share your name, email, and phone number. Our office contacts you to explain the process, answer questions, and confirm whether a review is right for you. We do not collect medical information through the website at this stage.

Initial medical evaluation — $199
Dr. Lyons reviews your relevant service treatment records, post-service medical records, and any prior VA examinations. The goal is an honest assessment of whether an independent opinion is likely to be medically supportable. If it is not, we will tell you.

Complete Nexus Evaluation Package — $1,000 total
If you choose to proceed, your $199 is credited, leaving a remaining balance of $801. The package includes medical history and records review, appropriate clinical evaluation, medical rationale, and verified scientific references.

Independent medical opinion
You receive a written medical opinion stating the physician's conclusions and the medical rationale behind them. The opinion reflects independent judgment — it is never written to a predetermined result.

Physician-signed documentation
You receive physician-signed PDF documents, including relevant public VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) when clinically supported. Not every form is required or appropriate for every veteran, and no favorable outcome is promised.
Not affiliated with the VA. We are a private, independent medical practice. Our opinions reflect the physician's honest medical judgment based on the evidence and favorable outcomes are never guaranteed. The VA makes all decisions on disability claims.
Free help is available. VA-accredited Veterans Service Officers (VSOs), such as those with national veterans organizations and state or county veteran offices, can help you file and manage a claim at no cost. You do not need to pay for a private medical opinion to file a claim.
